Do we really need 7 fucking pages? Just get them if you want them. You clearly aren't ever going to be happy with your boobs with your current attitude.

yea, bottom line is: Do it if you want. I don't think anyone in this thread really advised you to do it. So if you are looking for advice, re-read the thread. If you just want anyone to agree with you, go talk to a plastic surgeon. The general consensus is: Nobody judges, belittles or ridicules you of your (NOT EVEN SMALL! B is rather average) breasts, so realize that the only that has a problem with them is yourself.
If you rather take the quick fix instead of working on your self-esteem, do it, but don't cry for the 1,5k quid and don't be upset when they look worse than before and don't be upset when you have to redo the injection because it doesn't hold for that long and be ready to have another 1,5k quid then, because you sure as hell are not going to be happier with your 'old' boobs when you had bigger ones in the meantime. Nobody can give you anymore advice. You need to decide now.

Let me just raise an interesting point from my mother. I used to have a proper hangup about my boobs because of what she used to say, not because she thought they were small but because she thought they were too big. I'm cool with them now but my mum is a textiles teacher/does a lot of tailoring on the side and she used used to get so mad when she tried to make clothes for me because she had to alter the pattern so much because as she frequently pointed out, I'm a 'shortarse with big boobs'. I wouldn't say that they're especially huge nor especially small (I'm 19 and a 34D) but I'm happy with them but finding clothes is an absolute nightmare. I know my mum is only joking when she says these things but really and truly, unless she tailors something for me it's generally very hard to find something that fits everywhere nicely. You find things that flatter your stomach but you can't squeeze your boobs into so you have to try a bigger size and look like you're wearing a tent. Or if you do manage to get your boobs in they look like they're either being crushed in or are about to fall out. You get the gist. There are times when I curse the way my body is because I can't always wear the clothes I want to BUT I accept the way I am and am happy and I've learnt to find styles and brands that suit me, so I may buy clothes sparingly but I know I'll look damn good in whatever's in my wardrobe. More importantly though, I know I don't need any of those clothes because I'm happy the way I am. I get the odd moment but I reason with myself: my boyfriend wouldn't be with me if he didn't like the way I looked but he also wouldn't be with me if it wasn't for my personality. My sense of humour, my interest in music, they way I kiss him, all sorts of things, and one hopes that your boyfriend isn't so shallow and likes you purely for your body. Maybe try asking him what it is he finds attractive about you, it may well surprise you

And if he's any kind of a decent guy he wont give a shit and will understand why you lied. Guys lie about the size of their dicks all the time but theyre not scared to whip em out at any oppurtunity.
Honestly, I think you should talk to him about it, because i bet once you do and he tells you its no big deal you'll feel completely different
