|
Straight or crossed laces
I bought some new Converse shoes as my old ones are falling apart. They've got the two outer bits and two sets of laces. Tried a couple of lacing ups but I can't decide which way looks best - straight or criss-crossed? Straight is a bit looser and easier to put on, but I don't know about how they look...

I was about to answer crossed, but then i looked at my own and mine are laced straight. Do you not find having two sets of laces makes them rediculously long though? i ended up ditching the double and just sticking with a single lace instead as i just kept getting annoyed with them

Why not do one set cris-crossed and then the other set straight over the top?
If that's not an option (which it SHOULD BE) then I vote straight. Even though the two sets of laces look really weird anyway (sorry).

Sorry Franki, it was not a well planned poll! Icey - so you wear one lace in the shoes... which holes do you use? The two laces thing is a bit of a pain but I'm getting used to it...
