When you find a picture using images.google.com on the top frame click on "See full image size" then copy/paste the url in the address bar as it point directly to the pic...
If you want to take a pic from an other website, right-click on the pic and select view image, then copy/paste the url in the address bar...
Then come back to the site, start a post, click the button
and paste the url in the popup...
Click preview to check, if good press Submit Reply...
Et voilá
