    Always Nauseous

Hey, I've been trying to do a bit of research on here about always feeling sick.
As I just feel horribly nauseous 24/7. And that's no exaggeration.

This has been going on for a few weeks now and it just seems to be getting worse. I mean even random scents make me want to vomit. Weird stuff. Like all of a sudden it makes me sick cause of the smell of a burnt match. EVEN now, I feel sick just at the back of my throat and I don't know why. It's not like I have sore stomach.

Anyways, on top of that I have also noticed I'm suffering more with mirgaines, could that be related?

And also just a couple months ago, I had a panic attack in my bed when I was trying to sleep. I made a thread about that not long ago, cause I couldn't understand what came over me. As I basically, had convinced myself I was going to die just cause I had a sore head and I just basically cried myself to sleep.

Could this a be just me getting myself stressed out?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you

i think you should see a doctor, could be cluster headaches or migraines (they often get muddled up because the symptoms so similar) and they both have a symptom of feeling nauseous

i sometimes go through stages of feeling nauseous for days, at the slightest little things, i'll get hungry but feel sick at the thought of food, or i will smell something and feel sick, but mine is hormonal for me i think as i dont get other symptoms with it

I'm not sure about the rest of it, but for about three weeks near Xmas last year, I felt constantly sick - never felt like I was going to be sick, or had any other symptoms, just felt nauseous, quite a weird feeling actually!

After a pregnancy test (scariest moment of my life!), I put it down to stress. I found it wasn't quite so bad once I'd eaten something. Even tho I didn't feel like eating, I forced myself and once I'd had something the nausea went away. What cured it was after my parents went shopping for xmas food and the house was full of sweets, cakes and xmas bits and piece, I picked at them all day and cos I was constantly eating the nausea went away!

I was just thinking. Though I have been on me pill for 2months now. But could that have any effect?
After me last packet, I've to go back to the doctors anyways for a check up. Will say to her then?

when i was on the pill i was constantly nauseous, and it didnt always start when i first begun the pill (i tried about 10 sorts and they all did the same in the end, sometimes months after starting it), so yeh i think its quite likely it could be that

Last year I felt nauseous for 10 months continuously - sometimes better, sometimes worse, but always nauseous. I was having panic attacks too, thought I was losing my mind, because the doctors told me the reason I was nauseous was stress, so I couldnt work out why I wasnt getting better and thats what gave me panic attacks, because i thought I was going crazy.
I kept pestering the doctors, telling them I wasnt gettting better, they finally sent me to a specialist who did a gastroscopy and found I suffer from coeliac disease (gluten intolerance).
One year on I have cut gluten out of my diet and i feel a million dollars!
So dont think you are going crazy or its nothing, because I thougth it would just blow over and it never did, it just got worse...get tests done because its probably something you can manage but find out sooner rather than later so you can hurry up and feel better! Ask your doctor about Coeliac disease, they tend not to associate nausea with it but trust me, I had major nausea!

    Always Nauseous

Hey spaz_bubble. I was searching online for any blogs on always being nauseous and I came across this one. My boyfriend has been going through being nauseous everyday for almost 4 years now. He have been going to doctor after doctor, but no resolution has been found yet. They have diagnosed him with having social anxiety disorder but he says he never feels nervous or anxious. So we're not really sure if that is his problem. What is Coeliac disease? How are you feeling now? What medicines do you take? Please help...any response will be greatly appreciated! He cannot live a normal life for this problem.

This thread is years old now, it might be worth starting a new thread if you need advice about anything, most the users who posted here have left now
