I have to admit, it depends what it is. I have re-frozen (is that even a word) things like bread before and a couple of times chips and stuff, but I would never chance anything like chicken or beef or anything that I had already cooked like left over spaghetti bolognaise or anything like that.

well the ready meals contain meat.

No the meats are a no-no, so you'll have to eat them all just now.
How long was the power off for though? A decent freezer should retain coldlevels for a good few hours (potentially a day or so if closed) before letting stuff defrost. If it started to defrost after being off for just a couple of hours there's probably something wrong with your freezer.Another quality post brought to you by Mr Mist, god of Moo.

Theres only a few bags of veg. Most of the things were low cal ready meals I bought it all last week with what money I had.
Urgh. I hate being so poor. I will get a few evening meals a week though I guess when I go my boyfriends.

i would keep them in the fridge for maybe a couple of days and anything not eaten after that, chuck out. You cant refreeze defrosted ready meals. Its not safe.
The vegetables, you could make soup with or use as ingredients in something else and then freeze that and it would be fine
