no but touching your face or contracting your facial muscles eg forehead wrinkled 'suprised' look seems to bring on one or two.

The only thing that seems to cause spots for me is hormones.

I have a horrific diet, and don't really look after my skin the way I really should, leave my makeup on and stuff, and yet the only time I get spotty is when I first come on or off the pill.

keep refined sugars to a minimal and see if it makes any change.

as with kaff, the only problems i get with my skin are due to hormones.

Find a good facial wash for your pours and wash your face morning and night. I used to have bad acne and now have pox scars from scratching them that i am stuck with, but i dont get spots hardly ever now, probably because i am older, but also because i wash my face thoroughly.

Up until now, I thought this sugar thing was true...

Can I ask a "QUESTION"? Why was the first "MESSAGE" written like that?

Hmmm well whenever Ive ate a load of sweets or something, the next day I do get spots. So maybe its true, or maybe they just came for another reason. Not sure really, since it hasnt been proven.
