  1. Does anyone else find it annoying when people say it's a joke even though it isn't?

When somebody openly criticises you, and when you respond to it negatively to let them know you're annoyed, they get out of the argument by saying "its a joke". Just a random one there.

  5. Here we go again: Eurovision

I found out today that it's the Eurovision on Saturday! Everyone seems to have a different opinion on the song contest. Some love it and throw massive parties, others hate it and spend the evening hiding behind the sofa. Some hate that they love it or love that they hate it. Others still are indifferent! I remember having to explain it once to a friend from the USA who seemed slightly...

  7. Who is your celeb idol?

So was just wondering who you see as an idol. For me it has to be Jessie J. Not only is she extremely pretty but she's also a brilliant singer/song writer. Some of her songs really do relate to stuff that's been going on in my head/life. Plus the way she is with people is just lovely to see. She isn't like all the other celebs/artists out there. She actually cares about her fans (heartbeats) ...

http://www.calm.com/ This is a website where you can choose different soothing music tracks with accompanying background videos like rain, beaches, stars, etc. It's designed to help you relax and you can choose different timed sessions of a woman giving you instructions on how to stay calm. Thought I'd post this as I think it would be beneficial to a lot of people. There's also an...

  16. Dog/cat issues

Now I knew it wasn't going to be a bowl of peaches the first time riotdog & riotcat met but I thought it would have been easier. Riotdog was on a very short leach and I'd been told he's been socialised with cats (but to what extent I'm not sure now), and I was expecting him to bark but not to try and go for riotcat. I'm freaked out because it was as though he was trying to take a chunk out of...

  17. I fcking hate cats

Does anyone know how to stop cats shitting everywhere? I have a sonic repeller for my back garden that works but I need something for my shared side passage. Its an issue because I walk down it at night from the car and so far its only luck that has stopped me standing in the mess, and it stinks. I've tried repellant, wd40, watered down bleach to mask the pheremones and to put them off. ...

  18. People treat their own kids better than they treat other ppl

I'm imagining right? Do ppl treat their own children differently than they treat other ppl? If so, why and how? Do they also tolerate more from their kids than from other ppl? Please describe. I don't have kids but if I did, I would treat other ppl better. Also, I like animals better than children in general. Is this normal?
