    Well the hell am I complaining......

    I'm 34 and my lady is 20. Everything is great between us and our sex life is mind-blowing...only, that's the thing. She is horny 24/7. Nothing wrong with that but she is really REALLY energetic in the sack.

    I've spent the last 2 days at her place and I have never been so worn out in all my life. We only did it maybe 2 or 3 times a day but it went on for hours....and yeah I'm wondering why I'm complaining. Well I'm not complaining but I am just so shagged out.             Well i dont know about an energy boost but to makes things a little better my advice to you is eat alot more fruit and less salt and red meat.
            Fruit makes your come taste sweet.
            Salt and smoking makes your semen taste very unpleasent.
            And red meat makes it very thick.
            Strawberrys, mellon, kiwi or pineapples will make it taste sweeter the same for her.
            And during sex im sure ye could have fun with abit of cream and chopped up kiwis and strawberrys. :D

                        Well i could personally have sex till i died but maybe thats not for you lol.

                        keep up your fitness levels with exercise and good food. After a while the muscles your using will be more used to it so shouldn't be as bad. Practice makes perfect so just keep it well greased and enjoy the ride

                        EDIT: Rice and pasta is good energy food, preferably brown.

                          Just bite the bullet and get fit! I think it's more satisfying when either you make her the exhausted one, or you both end up in a collapsed heap at the end Also if you're feeling knackered you could switch to an easier position like spooning or her on top, to catch your breath. Maybe some lucozade beforehand, for a quick energy burst.

                            In an ideal world that would be great! We occasionally spoon but she soon gets restless and ends up like the Tazmanian Devil. She does like it slow and gentle occasionally but that's only between mad bursts of uber-energetic sexy time.

                            Guess I will have to just go for it and get fitter. Think I'll have fun trying out the food though. Only thing is some of those chillis might end up causing the odd botty-burp or even worse.....
