  • Landlord issues

    Hi,
So as much as I get on with my landlord, I'm starting to get fed up with the emails in the middle of the night and the short notice of him coming over.
For example 11pm this evening I got an emails saying he is coming over at 10am to go through the updated contract. I get that he needs to but surely more notice would of been better.

Am I being to picky about this or ?
And how can I politely inform him that sending loads of emails in the middle of the night and giving such short notice about coming over is starting to frustrate me?

Do they not have to give a certain amount of notice to do this? Where I live they have to give 48 hours notice before they come

The contract says 24 hours which he isn't giving

If he is also not sticking to the contract of 24 hours then I would bring something up about it, as its not fair.

Is it through a student letting company? If so, could you report it to them?

In this case, as studentpads is normally through the uni, can you talk to the uni about it?
