    Hey Horsemad,

This is such a big step you've taken, really well done It's great to hear that your ISVA and friend were there with you. For many people this isn't easy at all, how are you feeling about everything today?

    All the best,

How you holding up, Horsemad? How is your weekend going?
'Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: 'we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.'

'How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.

'You must be,' said the Cat, 'or you wouldn't have come here.'
