I feel really silly but when it comes to one to one chat i always feel like my problem isn't huge enough?
even when it comes to people or family i suppress my troubles because i feel like college, or any of my other problems aren't like major and people could be doing more important stuff oops

    Hi Lane,

I just wanted to say that it is normal to wonder if you are bothering people with your problems, a lot of people feel this way. Something I like to remember is that there is always going to be someone who is "worse off" than you but that doesn't mean that your problems are not worth talking about. You would never tell someone you don't want to hear their good news because someone else has it better, so the same should apply to problems. If it is bothering you then it is important. Your friends and family care about you and would want to be there for you, I'm sure.

    Take care

It's also worth noting that people get in touch with our helpline for a huge amount of reasons, and they're not always very serious. They're there to help with anything you're going through, big or small.

              Hi Lane

I think if it's even a problem for you that is a big issue. Looking back on things I thought were massive problems, i think aren't so big now. But was at the time and doesn't really matter how big or small it is. If it's a problem for you than it matters . So dont feel bad about it. If that makes sense
