    Hey everyone

    The Mix are looking for young people to share their stories on how exercise has helped them with managing their mental health. Your stories will be shared on The Mix's website and with future partners and the media.

        Excersise hasn't. But singing and drama have if that counts :P

          Think Im too late for this now but exercise has had a massive impact on my mental health. Its so positive
          Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow
