Post of The Month (April)

Maisy is our Post of The Month winner voted by the community:

"You're not bitchy at all. What this guy did to you, and how he invalidates it afterwards is horrific and you deserve justice. Rape can happen to anyone..."

Would you like to be in a documentary about young LGBT + mental health?

If you’ve answered yes, then keep reading!

We’ve been contacted by a documentary production team who would like to hear from gay, bisexual and queer men aged 14-28 who are struggling or have struggled with their mental health.

Here’s a bit of info about the documentary...

The production team are looking to create a new BBC Three documentary to shine a light on life growing up for LGBT+ people, the effects stigma and discrimination can have on mental health and how this can be addressed. The film is also looking to explore why LGBT+ people might be suffering disproportionately from mental health problems and ways to address this.

This film is being made by a gay and lesbian team who understand the difficulties of growing up LGBT+ and will be fronted by a young figurehead from within the community who has experienced their own battle with mental health.

If you are interested in taking part, just drop us a private message and we can talk you through the rest
