Automatic updates

I obviously have it off.

And every time I turn on the PC, it sees fit to tell me this with an annoying popup message. Which when I click the X in the corner, opens the security box.

Is there a way to turn that little speach bubble thing off? It sods me off, it won't go away until I click the little X, which opens up that security centet toss. GRR.

Click on it, it will open the security center and on the bottom left of that window you will see a link "Change the way the security center alert you...." click on it and you wll be able to select what you want the security center to warn you about and what not to do... unselect all and it will never happend again...
