http://www.free-codecs.com might help you out.

Try the Basic K-Lite Codec Pack (http://www.free-codecs.com/K_Lite_Codec_Pack_download.htm) if you get a chance.

You can also get the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack here --> http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/mirror.htm

Both files would be the same, the mirror is just the same file hosted elsewhere.

Forget all that codec nonsense. All you have to do is download VLC Media Player. It will play every single media file you could ever imagine. I have never had any problems with it. The codecs are built right into it.

Download VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html)

Hope this helps. :)

Thanks all. In the end I just downloaded DivX Player. The codec thing was not working for me.

I still recomend you downloading VLC. Chances are you will run into this problem again with all of these file types and codecs floating around. It's just nice to know you are protected with VLC. :P
