This cold i got is an arsehole! now i got loads of gutar and my head is pounding as well as my sinus and back of the eyes.

i took 1000mg of dissolvable paracetamoland it had eased off the aches but its still there, maybe i should of taken some sudafed?

Get your head over a bowl of hot water with vicks in it.

and stick a towel over your head with just a little gap to breath but so you get to inhale it good.
If you don't have and and do have olbas oil a drop of that on a tissue will help.

Decongestant tablets, though that hot water business is good too.

The docs given me some Amoxicillin, I take it you can take these with paracetamol?

Amoxicillin is a antibiotic so i would imagine so.
