and thats my vaguely fiddled with training rota, been getting up to some stuff this week, to easen my joints and old bones, getting ready and prepared, to actually been able to run this, and be mega fit in general

plus i was good and had pasta for tea last night

Fair play to ya.

Didn't realise you were doing it. My sister did it a couple of years ago, said it was gruelling.

i did it once before, and didnt really train too much, or as much as i could have for it, and it hurt bad

taking it seriously today, been on a 2mile run, and a 5 mile bike ride

what's S+S then? and have you tried the 2:2 walk run techinque? supposed to help biuld endurance by running for two minutes then walking for two to repeat...

stretch and strength

thats me weights and me sit ups and pushy ups etc

the 2:2 ive been doing is cycling and jogging
