Theory Tests

Couldn't think of anywhere to put this! my theroy test certificate is about to expire, and I need to reaply to take the test and I'm planning to start driving again in a few months (ans pass this time).

What I would like to know is when you can apply to retake the theory test? Can you do it before the certificate runs out, or only after this date. I have no idea what the waiting list is like at the brighton test centre these days.

I'm pretty sure that you can do it before it runs out.
but maybe check out the DVLA website or give them a ring they should beable to tell you 100%
