Hello Everybody,
Parkinson’s disease is a deadly disease which affects million of people all over the world. This is one of the brain related disease/disorder which occurs when a certain nerve cells in a part of brain (called substantia nigra) die of become impaired. The symptoms of Parkinson’s disease appear when 80% of the nerve cells get damaged. Lack of a chemical called Dopamine is also responsible for Parkinson’s disease. Some of the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease are-
•Tremor of the arms, legs, hands etc
•Inflexibility of the limbs and trunk;
•sluggishness of movement, and
•Impaired balance and coordination. Etc
However, the patients with Parkinson’s disease practice some variations in their symptoms right through the day. Hoping you will find the above description helping you in increasing your knowledge over the Parkinson’s disease.

if i have these symptoms after a night in the pub should i be worried?

This site is designed for young people. Parkinson's disease almost exclusively affects the old. What are you selling?

Can be but not necessarily.

ETA: probably not strictly hereditary, but there may be a genetic predisposition so it can run in a family.
