uk zoo...or something?

Right im in need of going away and i want to leave on the 1st of july, just for the weekend.

Just wondering if anyone knows of any places where i can find a list of zoo's with accomitdation, or close by.
Or a zoo a bus ride of a town/city. And a price list.

Any help would be good.

I'd guess there are quite a few in Chester. Just have a search on the interweb.

Or call a few hotels and ask how far away they are from the zoo. Or call the zoo and ask them where the nearest hotel is. Easy.

not been there in aaaages, but my family and lil bro went a while ago and he liked it :p


plus, Bath is a rather nice city. (although Bristol is better for shopping)

Chester is probably the best zoo/town combo around, theres loads of places in chester to stay and things to do, Zoo isnt that far away either.

other options would be Blackpool, the zoo isnt that bad, or Liverpool and go to knowsley safari park and attempt to kidnap a monkey, we can never do it :(

itll cos about 20quid to get a train here and the zoos not bad and the pubs are good :D
season starts that weekend though so prebook dont just turn up.

you'll have great fun in chester, its a really nice place. loads of nice shops and pubs. the zoo is pretty ace there as well. Make sure you have a proper night on the town as well, one of the better nights out to be had in the UK.

Just so you know our weekend in chester was nothing short of fab!! we had a ball at the zoo..and wish we were still there. Was fab!!!!!! :shocking: :eek: :hyper:
