thank god, the only reason theyll probably manage it is cause they give aid to country that dont even whale, to join the organisations and vote with them
look at fishing, i reckno a ban on all commercial fishing in certain areas of the sea should be implemented too since theyre doing nothing to increase fish numbers, so theyre almost extinct now
