ive just waxed at home for the first time, and;
* yeah, it stung a bit, not much tho+it lasted about 2 seconds.
* i use boots own wax strips for sensitive skin
* its not difficult. u rub the strips between your hands for a minute or so to warm them up, pull them apart+put 1 side on your skin. rub it against your leg+then rip!
The wax you heat up by putting in the microwave with the cloth strips is so much better than the ready made wax strips, which in my opnion are poo they just hurt and hardly take any hair off leaving you in a great big sticky mess.

I wouldn't use veet, it just stuck to me, only skin came off, not hair! But then i hear others have had more success with it.

:no: I had the same experience. They are a waste of money in my opinion.
I thought it was just me! I did get a free sample from veet though and i'm contemplating trying it in case it was just a bad batch.

i prefer the wax in a tub you just melt yourself in the microwave - about £9 i think but lasts ages
