I just brought some Quinoderm cream and I didn't realise it's for acne, so do you think I can still use it to treat spots in sensitive skin?

I really wouldn't recommend it, especially if it's not Quinoderm 5 (for sensitive skin). Normal Quinoderm is twice as strong, and it's potent stuff anyway.

use it very thinly, start of just once a day, before you go to bed.

be warned it makes them worse before it makes them better, but it does work

For sensitive skin?! God no. Peeled off my spots a treat, but would be murder on sensitive skin! :shocking:

ive got sensitive skin, and it did fry it, but not as much as some other ones ive tried. put too much on and you will look sunburnt.

you can get it from any chemist.

I got it from boots chemist.

Another quickie. I was gonna have a shower and just outta habit I use a face wash like Oxy or L'Oral Men Expert wash wash thing and I was wondering if I can use either of them and still use this cream?

as far as i know, you should use a basic expholiating (?) wash on your face, nothing too harsh, and on your neck (if you need to that is) use only a flannel and water.

You will have to ask a pharacist, its an over the counter jobbie.
