Ok im signing up to paypal but whats the difference in premier and basic, do you have to pay for premier or something?

sorry. i dont know much about paypal

PayPal charges Premier and Business accounts to receive payments. Personal accounts are free, but may not receive debit or credit card payments.

But it's amazing how it's in the FAQ - which I would expect anyone to read before they signed up to something which they need bank accounts or card details for.
