Does anyone know of any website I could possibly look at for jobs abroad? Eg for example bar jobs that offer a service pack of a job, and accomodation.

There won't be any places offering bar job packages. If you're interested in working abroad but not the language, I'd recommend going any remotely large city in Spain and there'll normally be plenty of work.
If you want to learn the language, either try language courses in Spain or go for the deep end and go to South America and find some kind of bar job there. In my and my friend's experiences, go into any bar in a major Latin American city and there'll normally be work available. The wages won't be great but you won't be speaking English either.
There is a company called Eurocamp (http://www.eurocamp.com) who, funnily enough, run campsites around Europe and offer jobs and accomodation for the summer. The pay is crappy and you'll be expected to work long hours but I hear that it's a lot of fun and the experience is a quality. They do have places in Spain (not in the touristy/chav parts) but as I said, the money's not great.
Just whatever you do, don't go to the Costa del Chav. You'll really regret it.

This article on working abroad (http://www.thesite.org/workandstudy/gettingajob/whatjob/workingabroad) might help you.
Also, vacation works publications (http://www.vacationwork.co.uk/about.php) is really useful for books on working abroad
