Help me! Demo download

I want to download cossacks 2 demo, but everywhere I've found so far will only download at about 11kb/s whereas normally im getting 200kb/s +. And with 475Mb to download, you do the math (i think it was about 12 hours, don't quote me though).

So, I was wondering, any of you know high speed file hosting places. One thing to note; it doesn't seem to have circulated very well and there are only a few places with it. Is it possible to connect to all the places at once and download from all of them simultaneously if they're strapped for bandwidth?
