Um, after it's uploaded, you close that window and click "submit post" in the other?

When you upload your file, just type a message and click submit. The uploaded file will automatically be displayed.

You will need to host it on a website and use VB code
URL HERE
Replace the < > with [ ]

Yes, although it seems weird, having the image appear in the post is linking to it and having a link to display it is attaching...
If you don't know where to host the image, I recommend www.photobucket.com

aha tx panthro i suspected you had to host it, i just wanted to link to an existing image on the net for instance, but if that's embedded within a page i suppose there is no way to do that.......tx zalbor for the link, v useful.........
ETA: just testing........
