theres no simple rights etc of all people in the EU etc its just a big load of amalgamation of random treaties, from what ive seen so far, it makes no sense to me whatsoever, and it doesnt lay out who has what powers too precisely
id prefer it if it had things saying what the EU can get involved in and what it cant etc etc
its just really messy and lots of room for laywers basically
its pretty much exactly what we have now, just in one simple document rather than many

its not really a simple document though
a basic bill of rights for all people within EU, and then a document laying out who has what powers, would be like great, the EU dont need to have that much power, just all the basic powers like enforcing freedom of speech etc etc

Get over it, son. It never seizes to amaze me how much enjoyment the British left derive from championing the EU cause; a desperate attempt to build some half hearted 'Union' to rival the United States of America they fear and detest so much under the facade it is vital for a prosperous economy while blissfully unaware that it is the mainland European right who are the solitary engineers of the EU constitution and every thing it stands for, to the disgust of the socialist left. I can understand Chiracs (Conservative) government’s unwarranted craving for power, and I wish him the best of luck with his schemes but let us face the inevitable fact - the European Union is about to crumble into distant oblivion. Thank God.
