My thumbs kills

i was cleaning the other day and once finished i sew my thumb
and it had a tiny black thing in it kind of like a spike. i have tried to take
it out but it won't come i think it has gone too far in

any1 got any advise

Were you touching wood by any chance?? It sounds to me like a splinter I find the best way to remove is by using tweezers and applying Germolene afterwards.

well it was not wood but simaler it has gone too far in to try to get out i
can just about see the end
i am thinking if i use a needle to cut it up and remove,mayby vasakine
or i might just leave it and hope my skin gets use to it

Is the end sticking out at all?

well if it is i would say 0.01 mm it is too far in, i can't belive how much
pain these things can cause
