Getting into a routine of sleeping in the day will mean you get tired more quickly cos ur used to sleeping more.
If you arent sleeping well at night, or are not being mentally/physically stimuated, it would explain you being more tired.
Could be just the start of a cold, or a virus that wont go away.
See a doctor if you are worried.

If you are unwell or stressed or both then it is more likely to nap in the afternoon.
No, I don't think it is a problem, unless it is affecting your work or it is because you cannot sleep at night. But nobdy can tell you if it is just you and your body clock, or if the amount of sleep you need indicates problems.
If you're worried, go to your GP.

the more you do physicaly the more energy your body builds up for the next day ...doing nothing has to be one of the most tiring things you can do ...seriously.
me ...my sleep patterns are fucked at the moment as my daughter has been unwell.
she's great again right now and fast asleep ...but i am so over tired and confused i can't sleep!
