Rachael, try these out:
Nutrocker's animated GIFs (http://www.nutrocker.co.uk/animatedgifs.html)
Disney avatars (http://www.johnswdwpage.com/avatars.htm)
Altavatar (http://www.alt-man.co.uk/altavatar)
P.S. I love it when Rachael is spelt with the second 'A'. I very rarely see it spelt like Rachael, but that was how I knew it originally. Then I saw it spelt as 'Rachel' for the first time in 1995.

There are none.
Avatar websites are usually composed of a bunch of shitty clipart. You're better thinking of an image you want, Google image searching it, then resizing.

I would but I'd like an animated avatar.

Yeah that's what I was talking about :E
For example, if you wanted the badger from badgerbadgerbadger you'd fire it into Google making sure it only searches for 'gif', and BAM!
