feet problem

Hello can anyone help me with my foot problem, when I start to get,some sort of pains on my feet, I think there maybe corns and does anybody know how to keep feet health.

Also my legs starts to hurt when I walk up hills, my muscue goes all hard in my leg, once I was running a them I felt on too the fun.... plz help

Hello can anyone help me with my foot problem, when I start to get,some sort of pains on my feet, I think there maybe corns and does anybody know how to keep feet health. The only way I know to keep your feet healthy is simply to wash them regularly and cut your toenails properly, do that and you won't go far wrong. As for the foot pains, a lot will depend on whether you've had any injuries recently, or if you've been on particularly long walks, it's hard to make an analysis with so little detail.
