Sorry everyone but it didn't quite fit with Kaff's thread!

I've always had slight problems with cramp in the arch of my foot and / or in my calf muscles but recently it's increased to once or twice a day. I was just wondering if it's worth going to my GP or if that just happens sometimes?

I know you're not all doctors just trying to sound you out!

if you've been getting cramps regulary, it could be due to an electrolyte inbalance of sodium / potassium. in which case, i'd advise you to have a chat with your gp. :)

It's always worth going to see your GP if you're not quite sure wether to or not... it'll either be something they can help you with or they can reasure you that it's nothing to be worried about.

Yes that's a fair point.

Thank you both.
