View Full Version : bluetooth software?
anyone know any good programs that handles the sending and recieving of sms using a pc connected to a phone via bluetooth. i.e you can read the old messages, be alerted on the desktop of new messages & write messages?
Nokia do a package as part of PC Suite that sends, writes and reads messages, can read the ones on the phone and store them on PC. No desktop notification and might not work on other phones. Might be expensive unless you get it haXXed.

Y'know, the first time i downloaded that, it worked fine with my t610. then everytime after that it says connected but it never was, it refused to acknowledge. I did the usual uninstall reinstall crap to no avail, when i got my k700i i downloaded the newer version and the same thing happens. says connected but its actually not. I gave up with it and now would not recommend it to anyone.

Doesn't like the Nokia 6230 either. Reads messages fine and correctly shows signal level and battery, dont try and sync the sim card though.

Argh, trial version!
Got the trail version of it, very nice piece of kit.
Can't afford it, which is a damned shame (hint hint hint hint hint)

Works fine with my Sony Ercisson T610 - have you tried installing a virtual Serial port using the software that came with the phone?
