RAM checkers

Anyone know where I can download a decent RAM checker from. I have a feeling one of my chips is failing, but need to make sure.

There's the microsoft one, http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp and there's always memtest86.. err and that google thing

I'd do goolge except I always seem to find dodgy checkers that aren't accurate in the past when I've tried so I thought I'd ask all you intelligent people this time :p

Have you tried searching on download.com (http://www.download.com) and also pcworld ( note its not the computer shop lol ) (http://www.pcworld.com/downloads). I've found them to both to be good sites for stuff when ive needed things in the past.
