I saw the advert for GT4 on the tv today & it looks amazing. Have you seen the car list for the game yet?

I've got an xbox so i'll be waiting for Forza Motorsport instead:)

GT4 is awesome, but as per usual I hate doing the licenses and just want to whoop some ass. GT4 is the most realistic driving game out there at the moment with the latest graphics etc. It has shoddy car views though. As for MGS3 - wow!

Find money mate!

My mate just bought MGS 3 and whilst i havent played it yet it does look rather good. Personally i wouldnt buy it though but they havent ben bad in the past so probably worthy of a purchase..

As for GT4, the same mate just bought it but havent seen it play yet. though i i HATE gt games. I have always hated GT games since they first appeared. I started off liking it but i rapidly grew to hate it.

I much prefer on most games to have infinite health/ammo/max money because games are meant to be fun. If I want a 'real' game I'll get an RPG or a platformer woo!

If it helps - trade in 4 old games at GAME and get GT4 for 99p.

Also, £25 for MGS3 and GT4 (£50 total) from a fella I know of:

Ah the power of the chipped playstation and download :) Try them out if they are any good buy the orig :thumb:

I have just downloaded MGS3 and will be trying it out over the weekend.

As for GT4, again I can't personally vouch for it as I haven't got it but from the reviews it looks awesome. As alread stated though the biggest problem I found with the GT series is they are almost TOO realistic. I'm more your arcady gamer and can't be arsed with all the techy stuff in GT. I remember in the orig GT I unlocked this stupidly fast car and then proceeded to fuck it by changing the gear ratios.

I heard they have done nothing to improve the AI or the other cars and to be honest I couldn't stand another GT game boringly wandering around the tracks watching 3 cars in perfect formation. Can't wait for ridge racers on PSP though.

Hated MGS2 but I heard 3 was better.

GT4 is great is you like almost 'too perfect' graphics and poor unexciting gameplay. Burnout 3 is the best racing title on the PS2.

I've played the MGS 3 demo and it is fucking top notch. The level I played was in a vibrant wildlife packed jungle and it was quality, I've played the same level over and over about 10 times. It is all set in the 60's as well so you don't have all the bullshit futuristic gadgets of the other MGS titles. You have to rely on what you've got and use skill and stealth (e.g lying in long grass) to get by. There is also nice little touches, like you have to hunt your own food for stamina, and you can do things like shoot bee nests to scare of guards. It is a must have game.
