You know NTL accounts, you get loads of big numbers for accounts numbers and passwords, well I have a problem. I can't find our account number, when I try to log in I can't because it's my mums account and she doesn't know her password. Tried retrieving it, but it just sends the password to the exact same email account :banghead: so what on earth the point of that is I don't know.
Tried emailing them from my account and explain the situation, but it seems even sending them an email isnt straightforward, it asks for my account number (which I do not know) and lots of other things.
