IPOD MINI - shuffle?

Does your ipod mini have the shuffle option in the extras section? My friend's do but I don't. I got mine well before they did, in about June? Was that when GCSE results were out? I have a bad memory.

Did it come in an update when you plug it into your laptop or was mine an early one without it on?

You can apply the 'shuffle' option in the Settings section anyway. But if you want the 'button' in the main menu then download the latest ipod mini software from www.apple.com

I never had the settings option before. I updated my ipod today with new songs and it must have added it or something?
