lsa shell?.

my computer keeps counting down after reporting "lsa" shell has encountered a problem.it then shuts down.
i know this problem is not uncomon,and you can type a command prompt in to stop it shutting down...does anyone know what that is?..or any other advise would be great!..thanks..

click on start -------> then click on run


in the text box insert the following (without comma thingies)

"shutdown -a"
