I agree with Kermit. Clearly she was actually actively invovled as opposed to making an error of judgement with someone she was in a serious and apparently loving relationship with. She must die for lying, because no-one else has ever done that.

I still dont feel any sympathy for her though, talk about love or whatever, she did lie to try and get a convicted killer off the hook and I still think she should have gone to jail for longer than she did.

Good for her, whatever people might say, people hunting her down and ruining the rest of her life (which tbh wont be that great anyway) are not justified, and that's what it comes down to. Is our system providing justice? And in this case, yes.

Lots of other cases where it doesn't though, it's like in economics you've got the private stuff and the external stuff - the judge might say how long you're going to be in prison for but he doesn't add on the extra cost of not seeing your family grow up or being able to do whatever etc...

I was reading about several attacks that have taken place on people mistaken for Carr.

-Women spat on in supermarkets
-people threatened for supposedly harbouring her
-people abused for looking like her
-Having your house threatened with being fire-bombed because she supposedly lived there........

All these people subjected to this because of the number of morons whipped up by the tabloids........
