Herpes Problem!

Hi, I may seem totally nieve here, shouldn't be I am 40 but I've just met and fallen head over heels with this lovely girl of 33. We get on great together, but she has just dropped a bomb shell by telling me she contacted Herpes with her first partner. She hasn't had sex since. What precautions should we be taking... any advice will be useful.... please :blush:

No need to feel naive or anything, it's good that you're getting educated on the matter :)

I also think it's really brave of her to tell you that she had it, a lot of people would keep information to themselves.

Another idea would be to go to a GUM clinic together to talk to experts on the matter as they'll have a lot of experience in dealing with the herpes virus etc.
