GUM clinics... just for sex stuff?

Hi there,

I was wondering, are GUM clinics solely for sexual related matters?

I have some wierd things popping up on my bits and I know they aren't STI related as I haven't had sex in months. I'd feel much more confident showing my bits to a doc at a GUM clinic, but there's not much point in going if they don't treat these sort of cases.

Just because you haven't had sex in months, it doesn't mean that you haven't got anything, as viruses can hang around in the body latent for months. I'd get to a GUM clinic ASAP.

Genital warts and things like that can take months to show up.
Get a check up just in case
