stockings vs tights

I know that guys like stockings better than tights, but why? I guess its best for sex stuff, but if its just a date then why are stockings better than tights?

I wear hold up stockings though not the ones you need a suspender belt for because that is just extra faffing about, and tights always just remind me primary school uniforms, so yeah i just stick with the stockins. About £1.50 a pair in asda bargain, seeing as i always ended up laddering mine after a couple of nights out ( well actaully its people being careless with their cigarettes but still :mad: )

I prefer tights, not that i often wear either because I rarely wear skirts, but if I did, then I think Id feel a bit vunerable in stockings. same reason as I dont wear a thong underneath skirts either. Plus you can see the lines of suspenders or hold ups.

As rainbow brite says, there's the vulnerability thing, I always feel like they're going to roll down without my noticing (I know it's unlikely) or similar. And a suspender belt is just too much hassle with everything else there is to do of a morning or when you're getting ready to go out.

Therefore, I think tights are far more practical. Save the stockings for the bedroom ;)

for sexiness i'd go for stockings but for comfort tights. my legs rub together so tights make it so much more comfortable to wear a skirt than something which doesnt cover my thighs :)

"Boy pant" style knickers or thong with fishnet or sheer leg stockings.. the stockings have hooks at the front of them that go into little loops on the knickers - the hooks are like the ones you get on removable bra straps. Sorry, I'm hopeless at describing them - suggest you look them up on figleaves.com. Ideal for those who like the idea of stockings/suspenders but can't be doing with the hassle, or for those who would like hold ups if only they weren't scared they'll fall down (like me!). They're £10 per set, for the knickers or thong and "one set of legs" (so the packet says!). Highly recommended!

hmm only worn stockings once and although they got me fab attention they were so fiddly to put on-kept comin off the belt bit!

I felt very, like rainbow brite said, vunerable. I like to wear toghts as then even tho i have no vpl from my thong, i don't flash! That worried me lots!
