Hey all, new to the forums here just need a bit of advice.
So I met this fantastic girl at a friends party of mine, she's funny, attractive, great to hang around with and I thought to be way out of my league. Anyway, we talked all night (I was awfully drunk but she hadn't touched a drop) and the next day she added me to MSN. We talked for ages and texted for a week or two, and then she invited me to her house one night. I go there, we hit it off really well watching a film etc. One thing leads to another and we are kissing/fondling till about 3am. I have a bloody brilliant time as does she and I go home the next day feeling fantastic.
Couple of days later, she tells me out of the blue that she needs to sort out her life and wants to get to know me better so we should be mates for a bit first. This is understandable as I'd only met her twice, so I'm completely fine with anything.
Everything goes great and I invite her to a party of my friends. Once again, I get quite drunk but she stays sober. We were hanging out beforehand for a bit and it seemed obvious that she only wanted to be friends permanently, so I was pretty disheartened and feeling really down. This is all until the party when she is constantly hugging me and kissing me (only pecks on the cheeks and lips, but still it makes me think my first presumptions were wrong). Anyway I feel pretty good again until I hear she quite likes a guy she met there. She then hears what kind of reputation he has (he's a complete arse) and decided she doesn't like him anymore. This really confuses me and I really don't know whether she just wants to be friends or what. I'm seeing her next week with about 5 others there and I'm just looking for any advice I can get on the situation. Sorry to write so much!
