Firefox bookmarks

My bookmarks refuse to stay in alphabetical order, even when you view the bookmark manager after attempting to do it it just doesnt stick. Is there a way to actually get it working as it should or say maybe transfer it back into IE sort it their then Tranfer it back ?

I have such a big bookmark list which i would for the time being like to keep...

Click Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks->View->A > Z Sort Order

That should put your bookmarks into order:)

thats what i've been doing cripsy, and it works but only within manage bookmarks when you close the window and opena new window it doesnt make an ounce of difference

I tried looking for some kind of extension bu there arent any

I did mine manually :/ but I've only got about 30 - 40, so it's not that hard.

Um the only I can think to do it then is to:

View->Sidebar->Bookmarks
