This was quite funny :D

saw it last night, its got a couple of amazing songs in it and (as you might expect) the humor is very South Park. That said, there are some quite brilliant moments of satire in it.

such highlights include:

*Michael Moore as a suicide bomber.

*The Team America theme tune which is bascially 'AMERICA!....FUCK YEAH'

*The Eifel tower crushing the Arch de triumph.

class :D...not brilliant, but certainly good :) :thumb:

Yeah, I enjoyed it, not as good as the current series of South Park and a bit odd politically (is it criticising America if they are right about the bad guy in the film?), but still good for a laugh

a bit odd politically

tbh i think they just wanted to rip the piss out of everyone possible, i dont think there was any kind of political agenda involved tbh.

AMERICA.....FUCK YEAH! COMIN AGAIN TO SAVE THE MUTHAFUCKIN DAY YEAH!

I agree with that man, it's just the way it's been seen as a criticism of Bush rather than the damn fine comedy it is

Heard an interview with Matt Stone (?) yesterday and he said it was never meant to be political and that they tried to present all "sides" of the issue.

The main story being how the lead "Gary" is caught in the mire of right and wrong.

He also added that some things we put in their just because of their comedic value and what happens to the Michael Moore character was an example of that.

He said that much of it was prompted by his and Tre Parker's experiences over the past couple of year where they weren't sure whether to be proud of being american or ashamed and that this depended on various events...

Personally haven't seen it yet but don't think I will be missing this.

Matt also commented on the US Censor who rated this as "R" because of it's "sexual content". He said something about this being surprising given that only puppets have sex and that even then they aren't anatomically correct...

Make me wonder why they used real actors to make Thunderbirds movie which sucked!! The TV series was way better!!!
