I cant get my belly bar undone! :crazyeyes I managed it when i first had it done, and then panicked and did it up super duper tight! Oops! Which way is it supposed to twist? and then maybe i'l have better luck.

I twist mine to the left to loosen it. Remember, righty = tighty!

As your looking down it should be anti-clockwise

I couldnt get my lip piercing out when i wanted to change it so i went back to the piercers and they done it for me.

Maybe you can go back and ask them to undo it?
