agp x4 / agp x8

my motherboard is agp x4 but all the good graphics cards are agp x8


what i wanted to know is if i bought a x8 would it work on my motherboard.


if not, what good agp x4 graphics cards are there

yup it'll work fine but it'll run on 4x.... thusly you're not getting full performance out of it.

if you don't mind though it be fine doing that.

yeah what big man said if you wnat its full power then you'll need to upgrade you mobo
