making a complaint

has anyone gone through the process of lodging an official complaint against their place of education?

what was the outcome? did you suffer for it?

i was going to complain about how much we get pissed about.. especially one lecturer in particular..

but apparently just threatening to do so (because I'm surprised I can still stand the amount of times I've been stabbed in the back by them - so it gets back the them about my intentions) gets things sorted

said lecturer has become very very pally with me

rey the Students union, I'm sure they have a help centre in your uni somewhere - or purhaps a student support place?

I expect they will know the right proceedure for lodging an official complaint.
