my cousin tried them for a while, and she said she was calmer, but they gave her the runs big style.

needless to say, she hasn't tried them again.

Yeah i have just to see what they did, they do work in a way but if you take too many you just feel really sleepy. But they are only about £2.50 for the small bottle from superdrug/Boots so you could try them and see.

They are a herbal tablets that you can use to combat stress/anxiety etc they sell them in most places including supermarkets.

Yeah think laxative effect and you're probably right.

I used to take them when doing driving lessons and i ditched them as they made me feel dreadful.

you can also try rescue remedy from any herbal shop. is REALLY calming and i've had no side effects.

The lovely Ellie beat me to it, but the girl is surely right. Be very careful, besides all the general risks of self medicating with drugs that aren't FOR YOU, tranquillisers (http://www.thesite.org/youthnet/jsp/polopoly.jsp?d=163&a=10479) are highly addictive, and can often cause more problems than they 'assist' with. Trust me.

That was confusing, im Ellie too.

Thank you for your advice susie, but im well aware that there could have been side effects, reaction to it, taken too much etc etc

Because i was in a state so i took them before i did something even more stupid. its not a problem anyway.

been to the gp, seen a therapist, tried meds etc. after 4 months ive got an appt with a psychiatrist in a few weeks time.

anyway thanx for your help.
